OWES: Optimum Wellness Educational Series is a free, in-person education program hosted at The Center For Holistic Dental Medicine in Red Bank, New Jersey. Once a month, Dr. Glenn A. MacFarlane sets aside an evening to explain how oral health and whole-body health are connected, in plain language, with time for the questions people have been holding onto for years.
This site is the home of that series. It is where you can see the next topic, read what the evening will cover, reserve a seat, and keep the conversation going afterwards. Every session is limited to a small conference room on purpose, so there is space to ask questions and no one gets lost in a crowd. Registration is always free, and there is no obligation to become a patient.
The series is for anyone who wants to understand their own health a little better: current patients, neighbors across Monmouth County, caregivers, and people who have been told something about their teeth or gums and never quite got a clear answer. Bring a friend, a parent, or a notebook.
Doors open at 6:00 pm in the conference room at 211 Broad Street. Each talk runs about an hour, with time for questions.
Seats are limited so the evening stays conversational. Reserve early and we will hold a chair for you.
The talks are a community service. Come curious, leave with something useful, and there is nothing to buy.
Dr. MacFarlane leads the series and writes the material with his team at The Center For Holistic Dental Medicine, a practice built around the idea that the mouth is not separate from the rest of the body. He has been named an NJ Top Dentist every year from 2018 through 2026, and he teaches these talks himself, the same way he explains them in the chair: calmly, without jargon, and with room for your questions.
